Perseverance 1 Corinthians 15:58

September 16 - Perseverance 1 Corinthians 15:58
"Therefore, my beloved brethen, be stedfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.

We need to keep on keeping on.....When the going gets tough,  the tough get going....Winners never quit and quiters never win....Is that enough cliches?

 The bible says do not grow tired in well doing. Pray for perseverance in the life of out kids grands and ourselves.

If you have persevered these past 2 weeks in praying for your children and grandchildren, you have prayed for:
PROTECTION
SALVATION
PURPOSE
FAITH
SUBMISSION
POWER OVER SIN
TO PLEASE GOD
RESPECT AUTHORITY
TEACHABLE SPIRIT
INCREASE SPIRITUAL MATURITY
WISDOM
DISCERNMENT
TRUTH
INTEGRITY
PERSEVERANCE
Not a bad way to spend two weeks.  I have these words written, just like this, by my bed to remind me to pray for the kids and grands every day.
