I really enjoyed our Bible study group today. We spend the first hour and half catching up on each others lives. I was amazed by some of the conversations. We talked about football, and hunting. I told them that this is not the conversation that I expected from a ladies group. So, we changed the subject to family and holiday activities and all of our ailments. We had plenty of prayer request.
Then we watched the CD to start our next study.....Nehemiah. We discussed sewing more dresses and shorts for children as a continual mission project. And we are planning a retreat for May. This is a great group of ladies and I enjoy each one of them.
It is not to late to join us on Tuesday mornings at 9:30. Next week after study, we will have a snack lunch and sew for a while. By the way, you do not have to know how to sew. You can cut or fold or iron or put ribbons in or just keep us in water and snacks. There is a job for every one and a few giggles and fun.
