Love is not boastful or proud

Pride goes before the fall. God resist the proud but comes close to the humble. Proud: arrogant haughty, Pride: unreasonable conceit. I have been told that all sin comes under three categories. The lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. Boast: to brag to vaunt or self praise. As a parent and grandparent I am proud of my children and grandchildren, which I think is okay as long as we give God the glory. Mark was good at his job, but every speech he gave he began by giving God the glory. We need to recognize that any thing that we accomplish, or any thing we have, is a blessing from God. God made us all, I am no better or worst than anyone else, just blessed and forgiven. Treat other with respect and show them some love. We do not know what they have been through,or how far they have come. Today, build other up and do not tear them down to make yourself feel bigger or better. Have a blessed day
