Watch your language
You've come a long baby, was an old ad. Well, this may be true, but not in the right direction. When I was a child, you did not here the awful language that you do today. When I was in middle school, our class went to the movie theater during school to see "Gone with the Wind". A wonderful award-winning, dramatic, powerful, movie and what we remember was the shocking ending with Rhett saying "frankly my dear I don't give a ----." The rest of the day, the bad boys in class would quote him. My daddy walked out of the movie theater because a child said cuss word. He died in 1983. He would not believe what has happened since then. It is all over the T.V., movies, radio, C.D.'s, internet, and even on t-shirts. Everyone seemed to want to push the envelope too far until we have lost common decency and civilized society. It has drifted into every day language of so many people that they do not realize they do it. It is not used, when they are upset or hit their thumb, it is every sentence, words that I would never say out loud. I must say as a christian, it bothers me a lot and as a lady I am offended.
